Parcel collection is an additional service by Zoom Express Courier where your parcel is collected from you, the customer, rather than the customer dropping the parcel off at a shop for delivery. Arranging parcel collection and delivery with Zoom Express Courier is so easy, after just a few clicks from registration, you can be booking in your parcels for same day collection (if booked on the same day by the 2pm cut off time) or the very next day by a driver coming direct to your door to pick up the parcel and collecting it for processing to be delivered to any mainland UK address the day after that. With timed parcel collections available, you won’t have to wait in all day for the parcel to be picked up as there is also the opportunity to use our Leave in a Safe Place option if you can’t be in at all.

Can I compare courier prices?

Will I be given a time slot for collection?
Yes. At the time of your booking, you will there and then confirm the day of parcel collection and on the day of collection, you’ll be sent an optional text message with a one hour window so you don’t have to wait in all day for our delivery driver. You can also choose a ‘safe place’ to leave your parcel out for collection, should you not be in on the collection day or the collection time slot. How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
For most mainland UK deliveries, Zoom Express will deliver next day – with 1-3 days delivery times for British Isles, The Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland.
For international deliveries, the time varies from country to country but as a rough guide, we deliver to many European countries in as little as 1-2 days via express services and some rest of the world locations in just 2-4 days. What can I send in the post?
Zoom Express will send most goods through our network, however there are some restricted and prohibited goods – meaning there are certainly some items you cannot send in through us. Take a look at our UK and international prohibited items, restricted goods and lists for details about what you cannot send.
What are the size and weight limits for UK parcel delivery?
The largest parcel size we can carry through our network is 80cm (l) x 80cm (w) x 80cm (d) with a maximum weight of 25kg. We can carry parcels as small as 1cm. Size examples: x-small parcel , small parcel, medium parcel, large parcel, xl parcel, xxl parcel
