Please provide us with the correct dimensions and weight of your parcel – the dimensions and weight should include the packaging – so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

The cost of parcel collection and delivery varies in accordance with the size and weight of your parcel, where the parcel is going and which service you opt for (whether by road or air for deliveries abroad).

You would have to register with Zoom Express to use our parcel collection and delivery services. It’s lightning fast and easy to register, it takes a few minutes. When you’re done with this you’re good to go and you can book online in a jiffy!

Arranging for a courier to collect a parcel couldn’t be easier. We provide cheap parcel collection services. DHL drivers will collect your parcels from any home or business address in the UK for UK or international delivery. 

Delivery is made to addresses throughout the UK, into Europe and globally to over 160 countries.

Our courier delivery partner DHL, will collect your parcels from any home or business address in the UK for International delivery and to UK addresses.

 Yes, we offer Saturday delivery for a small extra cost. Just let us know about your Saturday delivery request when booking. We are sorry that there is currently no Saturday parcel collection service.

When you confirm the day of parcel collection after you’ve booked, you’ll be given a time slot on the day of collection with a one hour window so you don’t have to wait around all day for our delivery driver.

A majority of mainland UK parcel deliveries will be delivered next day. It can take between 1-3 days delivery times for British Isles, The Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland. For international deliveries, the time will vary from country to country but as a rough guide, your parcel can be delivered to many European countries in 1-2 days via express services and some rest of the world locations in just 2-4 days. 

Our largest and heaviest parcel sizes that can be delivered through our courier partner DHL’s network is 80cm (l) x 80cm (w) x 80cm (d) with a maximum weight of 25kg. For oversized items from 25kg to 90kg, email us for a quote at askme@zoomexpresscourier.com. We also deliver documents.

We will send most goods through our network, but there are some restricted and prohibited goods – these are some items that you cannot send. We have created a list below for UK prohibited items, restricted goods and International prohibited and restricted lists for details about what not to send.

The following items will NOT be accepted for carriage.

This list includes items which are prohibited for carriage by any law, regulation or

statute of any federal, state or local government of any country from, to or through

which the items may be carried. For international carriage there may be additional

prohibited items specified by the country of destination. Zoom Express Courier and/or DHL may at their sole discretion refuse to carry other items not listed below.

  • Antiques, works of art and fine art with an individual value in excess of £5,000
  • Bullion
  • Cash and travellers cheques
  • Complete original and imitation firearms and firearm parts, (includes rifle butts,
  • trigger mechanisms, screws / bolts etc which are manufactured for the sole
  • purpose of creating a functional firearm), ammunition, explosives
  • Dangerous / hazardous goods including but not limited to perfumes, aftershaves,
  • aerosols, flammable substances, dry ice, biological substances,
  • UN classified dangerous goods and any goods specified as such under
  • International Air Transport Association regulations (“IATA”), the Agreement
  • on Dangerous Goods by Road (“ADR”) or International Maritime Dangerous
  • Goods (“IMDG”) regulations.
  • Small Electronic Items, including Mobile Phones, containing Lithium Batteries –each
  • package may not contain more than 2 batteries which must be contained within the
  • electronic device.
  • Furs and ivory
  • Human remains or ashes
  • Illegal goods (these are goods which are considered illegal in the origin, the
  • transit points and/or the destination countries and would include but not be
  • limited to pirated goods, counterfeit goods and narcotics)
  • Jewellery, Costume Jewellery, Watches and objects constructed of precious
  • metal and/or stones with a value in excess of £5,000 per waybill
  • Laptop Computers – No more than 1 laptop computer per package. Each
  • package may not contain more than 1 lithium battery which must be contained
  • within the laptop. The shipment must not exceed £5,000 per waybill
  • Live animals (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, birds and fish),
  • Insects, larvae, pupae etc
  • Loose lithium batteries
  • Clinical and or Biological samples (including but not limited to bodily fluids
  • and tissue samples)
  • Perishable items that require a temperature controlled environment
  • (including but not limited to foodstuffs and flowers)
  • Pornography (whether in printed, film or digital format)
  • Tobacco, loose leaf tobacco products and pre-rolled cigarettes

If you phone or email us to book a collection and delivery there is an additional charge of a minimum of £15 for this service in addition to the cost of delivery. We will provide you with a quote for the total cost to you for this service.
